If you need to cancel an appointment, we require a 24 hour cancellation notice to make appropriate adjustments to our schedule. Last minute cancellations will be charged $75.00.
If the weather is not favorable for photos, it is the agent's responsibility to reschedule the photo shoot. Any revisits to the property will be subject to a fee of $75.00.
If you love our services and have a listing over 25 miles radius from Charlotte, NC, we would be happy to do it for an additional Travel charge: $10.00 for every 10 miles.
